• Placing combined bets across different accounts to secure a favorable outcome regardless of the result (abusive cross-account arbitrage);
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Creating fake accounts or submitting falsified documents during the verification process;
• Sharing login credentials with third parties;
• Filing unwarranted credit card chargebacks after using funds on the platform.

The 78games actively monitors suspicious usage patterns and may preventively suspend accounts while investigating potential violations. If a violation is confirmed, 78games may close the account, withhold balances, and take appropriate legal action.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed within 2 hours via Pix for verified accounts. VIP Program members receive priority processing. The 78games does not charge withdrawal fees for most methods. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit, where technically possible.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 10.00, following prior email notification. This fee will never reduce the balance below zero.

• For bet settlement purposes, the official result declared by the governing body or federation responsible for the event takes precedence, regardless of any result reported by other media;
• Canceled events, events postponed by more than 72 hours, or events not concluded within the established timeframe will have all bets canceled and the full amount refunded;
• In multiple bets, if one selection is voided, that selection's multiplier is removed and the bet continues with the remaining selections;
• 78games may limit the maximum stake on specific events or markets at any time, with immediate effect for new bets.

The minimum bet on the 78games is BRL 1.00 per event or market. Maximum limits vary by sport, competition, and market. For Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Superliga de Vôlei, Liga das Nações, and major MMA and UFC events, moneyline limits can reach R$ 50,000.00 for verified users.

The 78games makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available, stable, and secure. However, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for:

• Interruptions caused by failures in internet providers, power supply, or infrastructure outside 78games's control;

• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform;
